TusciaLab is a cultural hub in the heart of Tuscia, where local producers, artisans, and educators come together to create hands-on experiences rooted in the land and its traditions.
There’s so much knowledge embedded in this territory, TusciaLab exists to make sure that knowledge doesn’t stay hidden.
In the hands of a cheesemaker, in the way an olive grove is pruned, in a recipe passed down without ever being written. TusciaLab exists to make sure that territorial knowledge doesn’t stay hidden.

Our Mission
To make the culture, knowledge, and traditions
of Tuscia tangible, through experiences you participate in, not just observe. We believe that real understanding comes from doing: from kneading dough with a local baker, from walking a vineyard with the person who tends it, from sitting at a table where every ingredient has a story. We connect people with this land and with each other, one course, one table, one conversation at a time.

Stay a little
longer in Tuscia
We have rooms on site so you don’t have to rush. Come for a course, stay for the night, or a few. It’s the easiest way to go deeper: more time with the people you meet, more meals together, more of Tuscia at your own pace.
